By opting in to receive SMS messages from Hope Lutheran Church (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (Terms). 

SMS Messaging Service 

By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from Hope Lutheran Church for appointment reminders, ministry announcements, event‑related updates, and direct one‑to‑one messaging with pastors or church staff through a church‑managed messaging service.

Message Frequency 

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Hope Lutheran Church and your selected communications. You may receive periodic messages related to church events, reminders, and ministry communications. Two‑way conversations between you and an individual pastor or church staff member are conversational in nature and are not subject to a fixed message frequency. Hope Lutheran Church reserves the right to adjust messaging frequency as needed. Hope Lutheran Church and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and Data Rates 

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms. 

Privacy Policy 

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Hope Lutheran Church Privacy Policy, available at fargohope.org. 

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions 

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you opt out of text messaging, you will receive one additional message confirming your request has been processed.

We are not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery or undelivered messages caused by your carrier or third-party service providers.
