WELCOME TO HOPE
Welcome to Hope Lutheran Church! We’re so glad you’re here. Whether you’re a new Christian or have been walking with Christ for many years, we’re excited to be your church home—a place where you can discover purpose, grow in faith, and serve through meaningful ministry.

WHO WE ARE AS A CHURCH
Our mission at Hope is to encourage all people to know the love of Christ.

We are one congregation with three locations, united in our commitment to outreach and ownership. In other words, we intentionally reach out to those who do not know Jesus, those new to the area, those not yet connected to a church, those who are hurting, those on the margins of life… Welcoming all people with open hearts, open doors, and the love of Christ. Together we grow in our conduct and usefulness to the Gospel. We deepen our knowledge and strengthen our faith. And we joyfully take ownership of the ministries by giving of our time and talent.

Our staff and congregation want to get to know who you are. One of the best ways to build those connections is by getting involved in the life and ministry of Hope.

DISCIPLESHIP PATHWAY
The Discipleship Pathway is how we follow the teachings of Jesus.

BELONG
The first step along the Discipleship Pathway is to Belong. Belong means that adults and children are baptized and participate in the worship at Hope. For children, HopeKids—our children’s ministry—is another essential aspect of belonging.

BELIEVE
The second step on the pathway is to Believe. This is how we grow in our faith together. For youth, our Middle School Ministry helps shape what we believe. For adults, we encourage people to join a Rhythms of Hope small group where we learn and begin putting our faith into practice. We also invite adults to take part in our Deeply Rooted course and podcast to grow our understanding of the Holy Scriptures.

BE LIGHT
The third step along the way is to Be Light. Our High School ministry encourages young people to follow Jesus’ teaching: “Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven” (Matthew 5:16). In the same way, we invite all adults to find at least one place to serve. This might be within our hospitality ministries, worship, or children and youth programs. It may also be in outreach where we meet people on the margins of life as Jesus did and give ourselves away—serving as Visitors, Chaplains, or alongside our ministry partners for the larger community and the world.
