Let the games begin! Hope Lutheran's 2008 summer sermon series focuses on the "Olympics of Faith."

• June 1 will launch our series with a "Light of Christ" torch relay run between both campuses.
• Various Olympic sports (diving, wrestling, hurdles, cycling, the decathlon, etc.) will become entry points into the Bible as we look at how Jacob wrestled with God, how Joseph overcame so many hurdles to be used mightily of God, and how Paul ran his race of faith to receive his crown.
• "Taking Hope to the Lake" DVDs will be available for those who enjoy their summer lake homes. This is a fun way to stay connected to Hope Lutheran during the summer. For $8.00, you can purchase a DVD that will summarize all of the summer's worship topics. • Invite your friends to sit out on the lawn with you for outdoor worship... To become blessed and inspired through music, and the Word. Better yet, invite someone who doesn't have a church connection or is looking to strengthen their faith. You can also sit in your car and listen through your FM radio.
• Great coffee, doughnuts and juice await you each Sunday morning! Hope Lutheran's outdoor worship is a delightful and refreshing way to engage your soul amidst the beauty of a wonderful Fargo/Moorhead summer! And remember... There are no bugs at Hope Lutheran on Sunday mornings! God is good!
