Women’s Ministry Central Host - This just takes 30 minutes!  Simply be available before and after worship services to provide information about upcoming women’s ministry events and opportunities. 

 

Ministry Encourager – send notes of encouragement to those leading or involved with women’s ministries.

 

Prayer warriors – pray for events and women who will attend, ministry leaders and participants, Bible study leaders and participants, women’s leadership team, etc.

 

 

 

 

 

1.  Be a part of the steering team! Opportunities include finance, Moppets leader (childcare coordinator), creative activities leader and discussion leaders.

2.  We are also looking for Mentor Moms. A Mentor Mom’s role is to listen, give advice, and provide support for our mothers of young children.  So, if your little angels have all grown up and you’re interested in mentoring, come join us.  Together we will celebrate motherhood! 

We want to use your artwork as centerpieces for the upcoming Real Women, Real Situations Creative Workshop on Saturday, October 4.  The theme will be “Mother-in-Law, Daughter-in-Law and/or Mother/Daughter EMOTION.” A variety of mediums are welcomed and encouraged:  poetry, drawing, watercolor, painting, collage, sculpture, photography, etc.  All projects must be dropped off at the North Campus by Friday, October 3.  If you’re interested, contact Tammy at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or 235-4433.

If you have a desire to support the homeless, we’re looking for you!  There are two openings for auxiliary representatives to the New Life Center.  Responsibilities include attending luncheon meetings at the shelter the 3rd Friday of the month (Sept-May) and reporting the shelter's works and needs to Hope members.  Time commitment is minimal.  (This role does not provide direct ministry to those residing at the shelter.)  Call Lucy Heisler at 293-5101 for more information.
